These Terms govern your use of corlan.io and any Corlan tool, portal or service accessed through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Corlan is a commercial real estate finance company. We advise on and arrange commercial real estate debt, and we place it with third-party capital sources.
Corlan is not a bank, a lender or a government agency. We do not fund loans from our own balance sheet on transactions arranged through this site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including the Small Business Administration, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, where those programs are referenced.
We do not arrange consumer credit. Every financing we arrange is for a business or commercial purpose. We do not originate, arrange or broker residential mortgages for owner-occupied homes, or any other consumer credit.

Final terms are set by a lender following its own underwriting, and no financing exists until a lender issues a written commitment and the transaction closes.
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the authority to submit it, including where it relates to a property or entity you do not personally own.
We may share information you submit with capital sources in order to seek terms for you. If you do not want your information shared, do not submit it, or tell us in writing before we go to market.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corlan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost financing or lost transaction, arising out of your use of the site or reliance on anything on it.
Corlan's total liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).
You will indemnify Corlan against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submitted that you were not authorized to submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Alameda County, California. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
You and Corlan each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
We may change these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
