Each deal you refer is credited to you as the referring broker, and you stay in front of your client.

We do the execution

Underwriting, package, placement, negotiation and closing, run on our platform.

30% of our fee is yours

On every deal you refer that closes, 30% of Corlan’s fee is yours, set out in a signed agreement and paid at closing once Corlan is paid. We need a W-9 before we pay.

Four steps, all of them visible to you.

1Refer the deal

Send the sponsor's name and the property's street address with what you have. That credits the deal to you. We tell you whether it's financeable and where.

2Agreement signed

The co-brokerage agreement confirms your 30% and each side’s role on this deal. It is signed before the LOI.

3We place it

Your deal lead keeps you posted directly, sends, passes, quotes, as they happen.

4Close and get paid

We coordinate diligence, legal and title through closing. Your 30% is paid at closing once Corlan is paid, with your W-9 on file.
